If you are unsatisfied with your Signal Pathworks product, we offer a full refund of the amount you paid—even after you have downloaded it. No questions asked.

Email signalpathworks@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase. You do not need to explain why you are requesting a refund. There is no time limit for requesting a refund under this policy.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. This voluntary refund promise is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

Information and its purpose

When you obtain a free guide or purchase a product through Payhip, checkout collects information such as your name, email address, order details, and billing or location information needed for the transaction. Payhip makes customer and order information available to us for delivery, support, refunds, and business records. When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.

We use this information to provide your product, answer requests, handle payments and refunds, keep required records, and address misuse or disputes. These uses support fulfilling your order, operating and securing the business, and meeting applicable obligations.

Services involved

Payhip provides the storefront, checkout, delivery, and order records. PayPal processes payments, including the card options offered through its checkout. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider; this website has no card-entry form. Gmail handles our correspondence. The website hosting provider may process technical access information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect the site.

These providers handle information under their own notices and may process it in countries other than your own. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Cookies and marketing

The custom pages of this website contain no advertising pixels or custom analytics and do not save your practice-tab choices. If you choose light or dark mode, your browser stores that appearance preference locally so it can be used on your next visit. This preference is not sent to us. Payhip, payment services, and the hosting platform may use cookies or similar technology for their own services.

Payhip checkout offers an optional marketing-email checkbox. Promotional messages require your opt-in; receipt and delivery messages are part of your order. You can withdraw marketing consent using an unsubscribe link in a promotional email or by contacting us. No separate sales-tip signup or automated email sequence is connected to this website at present.

Retention and requests

We retain order and support information as needed to provide service, handle refunds and disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Service providers may retain records under their own policies and applicable requirements.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We handle requests according to the rights and requirements that apply to you; some transaction records may need to be retained. We will update this notice when our practices change and show the effective date above.
